Hope all is well.
Are you able to supply diamond wheels for wet grinding tungsten carbide overlays and ceramic coatings typically about 40 – 69HRC.
We are currently using Asahi grinding wheels which worked well for our jobs. I am not sure what type of bond is used on their wheels as it depends on application.
Metal coated diamond(SDC) , mesh 120, concentration 75 : Size 300mm D x 12mm wide X 127mm Bore, diamond height 6mm.
There is an urgency for this. Could you provide a quote and lead time for the following:
- SDC 120 - Size 300mm D x 12mm wide X 127mm Bore, diamond height 6mm. X 1
- SDC 120 - Size 350mm D x 12mm wide X 127mm Bore, diamond height 6mm. X 1
- SDC 60/80 - Size 350mm D x 12mm wide X 127mm Bore, diamond height 6mm. X 1

We have tested the grinding wheels and all of them works well, especially the coarse SDC 60/80 wheel for rough grinding. The finer wheels are finish grinding similar to our previous wheels. It will take a while to know how long these wheels last.
