By inputting the size and pattem of cutting glass into the computer,the computer will automatically confirm the processing parameters,and cut the glass automatically,
high-speed and accurately.

Its working principle is that the cut glass is sent to the worktable manually. First,the glass position is fixed by mechanical positioning.The cutting head with diamond cutter wheel moves along X direction andY direction by programmed control,respectively,to cut the substrate. CNC motion control card  is used in the control part of the machine,and advanced AC servo motor is used in the drive part.

1. Industrial felt (fibre and wool)attached to the table surface has good smoothness,anti-static and avoids adhering to glass chips.It is equipped with a blowing and suction device,which can make the glass more firmly attached to the table during cutting and not move.When blowing,the cut glass can    move easily and arbitrarily on the table without damaging the glass.

2. The equipment is analyzed by professional structure software to ensure the stability and dynamic balance of the machine platform,the most perfect coordination of mechanical strength,and to ensure that the structure of the table is not deformed.

3. The device has a key reset function.It can complete all the preparatory work before the automatic start by clicking the touchscreen,which greatly improves the work efficiency.

4. The overall arrangement of cables and gas pipes is reasonable and completely sealed.

5. Cutting mode of oil supply:automatic oil injection during cutting,synchronized with the lower knife;
6. High-speed silent linear guide is adopted for the guide rail,which has high cutting accuracy and low noise;

7. The advanced Japanese Ankawa servo motor is used in the driving part,which makes the equipment reliable,error small and efficient;

8. The cutting operation adopts Japanese SMC proportional solenoid valve,which automatically adjusts the pressure according to the glass thickness, rotates the knife head 360 degrees,cuts the knife with up and down buffer (can accurately cut any straight line and all kinds of special-shaped glass).    The knife head is equipped with crawling wheels to effectively prevent the knife head assembly and the accidental damage of glass.

9. The knife head is equipped with knife protection function.If the knife head falls outside the glass or the glass gap,the program stops automatically, effectively preventing damage to parts and glass;

10. positioning device,photoelectric scanning positioning system and mechanical positioning;

11. Compensation function,tool eccentricity compensation,clearance compensation,pitch compensation.
