All tools in our life have a life span, grinding wheels are not an exception as well. Is there any way to repair them? Definitely YES!


Please refer to the picture above, it is a resin bond diamond grinding wheel with a little damaged. Let me tell you how to fix it!


Oil stone -- Silicon carbide stone or Aluminum oxide stone
Usually, for resin bond diamond grinding wheels cleaning and resharpening, we recommend you use our silicon carbide oil stone.

NEW Type oil stone -- Diamond stone with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide stone 
Also, some of our customers are using diamond stone with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide stone for diamond grinding wheel cleaning and resharpening.

This type stone has much better working life, but its price is also higher. Therefore, this one is not really benefit for dressing a resin bond diamond grinding wheel.
 
How to use?
Both of these two stones are easy to use, just hold them in your hand, touch the diamond grinding wheel lightly and smoothly, and also move the stone slowly to cover all diamond layer. Dressing rings or grinding rings for the regeneration of diamond grinding wheels and CBN grinding wheels in double grinding machines.
