I. Applications and Features

The M41 Series Triple-Head Surface Belt Grinding Machine adopts advanced foreign polishing technology, utilizing high-speed, heavy-duty, water-cooled abrasive belt grinding. It offers continuous, high-efficiency grinding with rough, semi-finish, and finish grinding completed in a single pass. The machine ensures easy operation, environmental safety, and high productivity.

The machine consists of mechanical drive, pneumatic system, and electrical control units. In addition to the polishing characteristics of conventional belt grinders, it is specifically designed for flat surface grinding. Belt replacement and adjustment are quick and convenient. The processed workpieces exhibit accurate, uniform, and consistent dimensions.

It is particularly suitable for mass production of knives, scissors, cutlery, hardware tools, and automotive components for operations such as deburring, polishing, and flat surface grinding.

The standard configuration includes three grinding heads. Workpieces are transported via a stepless speed-adjustable conveyor belt (beneath the grinding heads) from right to left through the rough, semi-finish, and finish grinding stages. Each grinding head feed is digitally controlled with a grating scale, achieving a positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm.

Depending on specific workpiece requirements, the number of grinding heads can be customized. During processing, high-strength magnetic clamping is used to hold workpieces without additional fixtures, enhancing efficiency. The machine is also equipped with a demagnetization system for automatic demagnetization and cleaning after processing.

When integrated with an intelligent feeding system (customized per workpiece characteristics), fully automated production lines can be realized. A recirculating coolant system with a dedicated water tank and dust filtration system is included.
Models are classified according to grinding width (belt width):
