Argentina Customer Apply Moresuperhard's CBN Gringing Wheels for Thermal Spraying

Recently, Moresuperhard has received feedback from customers in Argentina on the use of our CBN grinding wheels. Although the customer encountered some problems at the beginning of use, we adjusted the formula of the grinding wheel through careful communication between the two sides and won his high praise at last! Customer Case Details :

Grinding Wheel Model: 1A1-D500-H305-T40-X10, 230/270
Customer Application Scenario: Grinding nickel-cadmium-boron alloy spray (75% nickel, 13% chromium, 3% boron, etc.)
Workpiece Type: grinding workpiece diameter 114.3 length 370mm. 
Usage: Feed 0.02mm Feed rate 1500mm/min

1. At the beginning of the customer response to the first batch of resin cbn grinding can not move, no little cutting power. Resin diamond consumption fast can grind, use about a week, the customer is very dissatisfied
2. In our formula after the second debugging, the customer response effect is only a little better.
3. After the third debugging of the formula, the customer feedback debugging: the original 1 piece of resin diamond use 1 week (the first 5 days abrasive consumption 50%, the last two days consumption 50%), 2 pieces of grinding wheel can be used at most 3 weeks, grinding workpiece about 200-300. And, the formula can grind 400 pieces of workpieces after the third adjustment. The customer was more satisfied and said that if the calculation is based on 1 grinding wheel grinding 400 workpieces, they would use about 3 grinding wheels a month.
                                            
June 21, 2022 we sent a free sample of resin CBN to the customer.

2022/7/7  The customer started to use it, 22/7/8 The customer used the sample for two days and gave feedback that the CBN grinding effect is better. It has a better finish and less wear.

                                                         

2022/7/20  We asked the customer for further information about the cbn grinding wheel, and the customer directly said excellent.

                                                        

2022/8/20  The customer feedback that the first sample CBN grinding wheel is still in use and about 950 workpieces have been processed.

                  

2022/9/7  The customer gave feedback that one CBN wheel had processed 1200 workpieces, which was 4 times of the previous diamond wheel after commissioning, and the result was very satisfactory to him.
