On September 4, one customer asked which double-end face grinding machine can meet a relatively high precision requirement in China? They need to process a product diameter of 610mm, and the machining requires a plane runout of 0.001mm.
On September 5th, because we do not sell grinding machine equipment, so we recommended that customers buy equipment from manufacturers who maintain close relations with us and recommend using our grinding discs. After much thought, the client decided to listen to our advice.
On September 7, the customer requested the first grinding test with our sand on the equipment. The diameter of the grinding disc is 250 mm, and due to the relatively large contact surface, the efficiency is not very high, and even the grinding is not moving. After research, our engineers adjusted the recipe. The customer sent us his workpiece with an outer circle of 253mm and a thickness of 3mm for the second test grinding, and the effect was OK.
On September 27th, during the third trial, our customers finally said that they were highly satisfied with the grininding effect!
