Main Applications and performance characteristics
Cylindrical grinders are grinders that process cylindrical, conical or other shaped outer surfaces and shoulder end faces of workpieces; they are the most widely used and can process various cylindrical and conical outer surfaces and shoulder end faces.
Among all grinders, cylindrical grinders are the most widely used type of machine tools. They are generally composed of a cast iron bed as the basic part, a worktable, a headstock and tailstock that support and drive the workpiece to rotate, a grinding wheel frame (grinding head) for installing the grinding wheel, a lateral feed mechanism that controls the size of the grinding workpiece, and electrical and hydraulic devices that control the movement of the moving parts of the machine tool. Cylindrical grinders can generally be divided into ordinary cylindrical grinders, universal cylindrical grinders, wide grinding wheel cylindrical grinders, end face cylindrical grinders, multi-grinding wheel frame cylindrical grinders, multi-piece grinding wheel cylindrical grinders, plunge-type cylindrical grinders and special cylindrical grinders.
1. The longitudinal movement of the machine table is driven by hydraulic stepless transmission, and can also be driven manually.
2. The horizontal movement of the grinding wheel frame has hydraulic rapid advance and retreat and periodic feeding, and can also be manually fed in micro amounts.
3. The workpiece, grinding wheel, oil pump and cooling pump are driven by separate motors. The grinding wheel configured on the grinder performs efficient and powerful grinding, with fast grinding efficiency and high precision.
