The problem:

The thickness of the grinding wheel is 15mm, the performance anddressing interval are good when grinding the camshaft of size 15/18mm.
However, There will be a phenomenon of sticking on the surface of the grinding wheel when the grinding wheel is grinding a 22/25mm camshaft,  resulting in a decrease in efficiency and an increase in the frequency of dressing.

*Solution:

(1) Use a grinding wheel that matches the size of the camshaft, such as the thickness of the grinding wheel is increased to 25mm.
(2) The same grinding wheel is used to grinding camshafts of different sizes, but the speed of the coolant needs to be doubled when grinding large-size camsh
