Moresuperhard received a feed back from our customer. He bought vitrified diamond grinding wheels for
Walter Compact Line to process PCD workpeice.
Here, we will share the details of his feedback.
1. We accepted his enquiry on February 1st, 23:
Hello Alan,
I need a quote for the following wheel.
Application: Grinding of turning tools (lathe tools, WSP)
Material: PCD/HM
Machine: Walter
SS: 6A2 150-w10-x5-H40 D9 C125, T=35; E=10 EHWA; ceramic bond
Cutting data: n = 2400 U/min; v = ca. 18-19 m/s; f = oscillate over radius
2. On May 13th, 23, the customer said our grinding wheels was very nice. However, he discovered some cracks when using. Upon learning of this situation, we immediately adjusted the formula and informed the customer that we have upgraded the product and welcome customers to test it.

the diamond wheel from our order 8326,
6A2-Ø150-W10-X5-H40, D9 C125, T35, E10, ceramic bond worked fine.
However, we have discovered cracks, I have attached the pictures.
3. On June 1, 23, the test result was good. The customer ordered two tablets again, wanting to test the stability.
The phase 1 test was declared successful.
