Resin bond diamond mounted point is an abrasive tool used for fast stock removal which lasts longer for about four times compared to conventional aluminum oxide mounted points. This makes it a very efficient tool as its increases productivity and clearly cleans more parts in less time. This mounted point is mainly used for machining tungsten carbide cutting tools, optical glass, gem, semi-conductor materials, non-ferrous materials, ceramic, magnetic materials, silicon, glass, quartz, thermal spraying alloy, and non-metallic material grinding.

Resin Bond diamond and CBN grinding wheels are made of either phenolic or polyimide resins. Pressure and heat are utilized to bond the resin to our grinding wheel cores.

Vitrified CBN products are ideal for steel and ferrous alloy grinding applications in automotive, aerospace, medical, production tooling, etc. They are excellent thermal conductors and do not react with ferrous materials during the grinding process like diamond does.

Metal bonded diamond wheels are best suited for edge rough grinding and have coarser diamonds for higher material removal. The diamonds are embedded in a sintered metal matrix. These wheels can either have a segmented pattern for edge rough grinding or a continuous pattern for fine grinding.
