Resin bond diamond & CBN grinding wheels have features of good self-sharpening, low heat generated during grinding, not easy to block and reduce the phenomenon of working burns during grinding. Resin bond has a certain elasticity and is conducive to improving the roughness of the workpiece surface, mainly used for fine grinding, semi-fine grinding, sharpening grinding, polishing and other processes. Therefore, resin bond diamond and CBN grinding wheels are widely used in the field of grinding and cutting.

The bond strength of this type of diamond grinding wheel is weaker than that of other wheels. The self-sharpening for carbide saw blade is better, no blocking.

Vitrified bond diamond grinding wheels have been widely used in the PCD/PCBN tools edge processing, diamond edge processing, carbide cylindrical processing and camshaft grinding and other processing fields. Vitrified bond grinding wheels will produce a lot of heat in the process of high load during dry grinding. Using the cooling fluid with vitrified grinding wheels the effect is more outstanding.
