Vitrified bond diamond grinding wheels have been widely used in the PCD/PCBN tools edge processing, diamond edge processing, carbide cylindrical processing and camshaft grinding and other processing fields. Vitrified bond grinding wheels will produce a lot of heat in the process of high load during dry grinding. Using the cooling fluid with vitrified grinding wheels the effect is more outstanding. Electroplated bond grinding wheels have characteristics of high grain density, sharp grinding, high efficiency, good precision, without dressing etc. The product can be made with various shapes and they are suitable for special complicated profile, super-thin, especially small and other form grinding which have strict requirement on geometry shape and dimension.

Resin bond diamond mounted point is an abrasive tool used for fast stock removal which lasts longer for about four times compared to conventional aluminum oxide mounted points. This makes it a very efficient tool as its increases productivity and clearly cleans more parts in less time.
