Diamond & CBN Wheel Dressing Machine

CCD photography device, equipped with a 17” LCD display with a magnification of 15 to 120 times, which can measure and inspect the arc, angle and chi'c of the grinding wheel during work.
CCD and optical sizing devices provide easy-to-use setting and measurement of grinding wheel width, position and inspection during or after dressing. Measurement accuracy can reach 0.005-0.01mm.

Types of Materials

Wheel Dressers can work with carbide and other hard materials. Truing and dressing diamond and CBN grinding wheels require attention to detail and higher upfront investment, but the processes also return a longer service life and higher productivity compared to conventional, inexpensive grinding wheels.
