Why do we need grinding liquid?

In fact, for fine polishing, grinding liquid is indispensable.Domestic hardware tools industry surface treatment adopts traditional manual polishing or simple vibro-grinding to process, the workpiece surface treatment effect that reaches like this (planeness, smooth finish) is poor, electroplating effect is also relatively poor, and product specification is lower, and the traditional technology cost is high, production efficiency is low. Therefore, be necessary the metal surface treating method that mechanical grinding liquid is provided and adopts this lapping liquid, use vibro-grinding liquid also to coordinate the vibro-grinding technology, by physics and chemical action, make workpiece surface reach high planeness, improving production efficiency and quality product.
                                                   

Some experimental data shows: 
1), phosphoric acid is stronger to the corrosive power of ironworker's part, the increase of phosphoric acid ratio can obviously promote the cutting speed of lapping liquid, but the product ratio of phosphoric acid and iron reaction is easier to stick to workpiece surface, be not easy to be got off by abrasive grinding, so smooth finish can reduce. 
2), citric acid also has corrosive power to ironworker's part, but on the cutting speed that promotes lapping liquid, obviously is not so good as phosphoric acid. The advantage of citric acid is that product ratio of itself and iron reaction is easier to be ground, and the smooth finish on lifting workpieces surface is more obvious. 
3), by above 2 points, in lapping liquid of the present invention, phosphoric acid combines with citric acid, in accordance with the appropriate ratio, has both guaranteed the cutting speed of solution, can guarantee workpiece surface planeness and smooth finish again. 
4), added three kinds of different phosphoric acid salt in solution, these salt can cushion phosphoric acid, avoid phosphoric acid corrosion excessive, but phosphoric acid salt too much can reduce cutting speed. Therefore, determine three kinds of phosphoric acid salt different ratioss by test of many times, both guaranteed that phosphoric acid can excessive corrosion, be unlikely to again too much to affect cutting speed. In addition, the iron ion that phosphoric acid salt again can chelatropic reaction produces reduces reaction product and sticks to workpiece surface, improves smooth finish. 
5), tensio-active agent mainly plays the effect of moistening workpiece and abrasive surface in solution, make solution more can be evenly distributed in the surface of abrasive material and workpiece, according to the phenomenon that reflects in experiment, add tensio-active agent to make and slightly improve cutting speed simultaneously.
