Electroplated diamond wheels can make more complex surfaces and can be made without dressing to achieve high precision.

                                             
It is applied to the cold rolling wheel processing of bearing rings and processing of shaped grooves, V-groove, etc. The width size error is ≤0.01mm, the depth size error is ≤0.01mm, the angle error is ≤1°, and the surface roughness is ≤0.8, which is comparable to the imported products. It is applied to the groove processing of micro-bearings, such as 686, 693, and other models of groove grinding processing. m This method, such as after dressing, can obtain very high precision, groove curvature after dressing up to ≤ 0.005mm, Ra ≤ 0.2mm, Pt ≤ 2

                                            

The electroplated diamond wheels are divided into four small types:

1. UZ type internal plating method has the main characteristics of abrasive irregularly promulgated on the surface, high concentration, and high precision.
2. US type regular arrangement internal plating method winner The main characteristic is abrasive according to the design pattern hand-planted sand, coarse grain size, and high processing efficiency.
3. S-type external plating method is similar to the general grinding wheel plating method, the precision is lower than the internal plating method.
4. The main feature of the SG external plating method is that the S-shape can be trimmed to improve the accuracy, and the user can trim the worm, tooth shape, etc.

                       

In the high-precision roller manufacturing industry, there are three principles of process selection: first, if you can choose room temperature manufacturing, you will not select high-temperature manufacturing; second, if you can choose the forward compound plating process (external plating method), you will not select reverse plating (internal plating method) or sintering process; third, if the forward compound plating process cannot realize the manufacturing of some rollers, the first choice is reverse plating process, and the second choice is sintering process or other processes.
