Single stroke honing process means that the honing head slowly enters the hole of the workpiece under high speed rotation, and then slowly exits the hole at the same speed. Through the cycle of “one in”, “one out”, hole honing is completed. Since the cutting process is mainly completed by the honing head in a single stroke, the honing process is called single-stroke honing. The single stroke electroplated diamond honing tool ensures the geometric accuracy, dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the honing hole. Each electroplated diamond tool hones the part only once, removing the preset margin, gradually increasing the aperture of the part until the last shaft, and the part is honed to the desired aperture, precision, and desired roughness.
